Letter Lesson H–Steady Head Position
Key Concept 1 -The Swing's Center Of Gravity
The center of gravity of the body must stay in one place throughout the swing. The
Baseball Swing of Babe Ruth uses rotational and linear forces to hit home runs.
The concept is that the hips are controlling the shoulders and the head is
steady in the golf swing.
