Right Hand Over Left – Concentric Circles – Hips Control
Shoulders
Put right hand over left and take a full golf swing back and through. The club
is pushed back by the left knee moving towards the right knee. The movement
of the golf club is straight back but in the inside and up until the left arm is
parallel to the ground. Put the left heel back to the ground and bring the club
down a little. Now have the golf club come around in front of you and then
inside and up to a Hogan finish withe the golf club in back of your neck
Keep arms and hands together as you push them back wiht the left knee
moving towards the right knee. Contain your left arm from rising up and have
nd
it at the same height as your shoulders. See the 2 photo.
Drop the arms down slightly and then move them to the inside and in front of
you. This is the crucial move. Now move to a balance Hogan finish with the
clubshaft parallel to the ground and just behind your head.
Note how the arms, elbows forearms shoulder joints and plane are all working
properly.
