*Climate change is the greatest threat to our existence in

our short history on this planet.*
The students of Class XI participated in the _*Generation Global Video
Conference*_ held on 25th February, 2021, on the topic ‘Climate
Change’. This was made made possible under the able guidance of Ms.
Aanchal Jaitly and Mrs. Meenakshi Awasthi.

The Participating Schools were _*City Montessori School Rajendra
Nagar Campus-1*_ and _*Specialized School with Extensive English
Learning #4 (Ukraine).*_

The students shared with one another how climate change is not limited
by territories. They also shared how everyone is affected by climate
change equally. Dialogue around the impact of climate change and
methods to combat the same was also conducted.

It was obvious straight away that the level of the sharing in the dialogue
was going to be very strong. Students gave good examples backed with
excellent explanations of how climate change is a major problem and why
we should all draw our attention and concern towards it. It was also
discussed how the progress of a nation is directly proportional to the
impact on climate.

This video conference aimed to stir a dialogue on climate change and now
after a brainstorming session, perceptions have changed and _we have
come up with effective and humane solutions to make this world a better
place
