1. For the Award Department field, use the lookup icon to search for the correct Award
Department Number. You can enter the full number or you can enter 2 or 3 of the
department’s numerical digits followed by the * symbol to query the entire list. “701*” for
example. Select the desired FGC Department Name from the results.
