bracing and closure, header, trimmer studs, exterior flush slab door ($75), frame, threshold, three
hinges, stop, brick mold, casing, cylinder lockset ($88.00), and weatherstrip. Add the cost of debris
removal, painting, and floor and wall finish if needed.
