Prehung Wood Exterior Doors

Cut wall and frame exterior door opening, install prehung door. Includes cutting stud wall,
temporary wall bracing and closure, header, trimmer studs, exterior 6-panel prehung steel door ($175)
with frame, threshold, hinges, stop, brick mold, casing, weatherstrip and cylinder lockset ($80.00). Add
the cost of debris removal, painting, floor and wall finish if needed.
