            Straighten a window opening. Remove a damaged window from a wood-frame wall opening and
            straighten the framed opening to accept a replacement window. Includes prying off window trim,
            removing the stops and sash, removing exterior finish to expose the jamb, pulling or cutting nails
            securing the window frame, lifting out the damaged window and restoring the opening to square with
            braces, extended bar clamps or corner clamps. Add the cost of straps, braces, the replacement window
            and patching the exterior wall finish.
