Capital CDC is a leading, private, non-profit provider of
small business financing throughout Texas, New Mexico,
and Arkansas. In 1993, the U.S. Small Business
Administration (SBA) cer�fied Capital CDC to act as a
facilitator of the SBA’s 504 Loan Program and to act as a
catalyst for economic development. Since that time,
Capital CDC has worked with thousands of small
businesses and partnered with hundreds of financial
ins�tu�ons to finance building acquisi�ons, construction
projects, and equipment loans.
