As of 2023, no Sloughi has been entered at ASFA's International Invitational since
2010.

When the Sloughi became recognized by the American Kennel club in 2016, the

American Sighthound Field Association requested the trophy be returned. It was sent
back in 2 separate boxes. Only the base made it to the ASFA's secretary, it seems the
plexiglass with the artwork was lost in the mail. There is one more plexiglass piece
with the artist. The trophy shop that made the trophy no longer exists.
