When I first met Tarfa in Ghardimaou in Tarfa was barking for his farm. It was
spring 1999, he was a very timid Sloughi riveting to listen to all these dogs
afraid of men. communicating “I am here” from hill to hill.
As I stayed there for a few days, I Tarfa flew back with me to the USA on May
