It's all about performance with economy.
Everything about ProStrip126 is designed to manage heat which which means that if it is installed correctly then you
can expect trouble free performance for many years. Not only is it reliable but it is more efficient offering the same
light output for 20% less power consumption. The SDMC figure is less than 3 - this means that the colour variation
across the bath is minimal , additionally the CRi figure is over 94 meaning that your colours are reproduced more
faithfully.
Developed by us in the UK specifically for demanding, professional installations, ProStrip126 is designed for very long
life and predictable, safe, performance. Unlike lower cost competitors, it uses a triple thickness PCB which reduces
heat build up and allows the strip to work over longer lengths, reliably. You can achieve a 10m maximum run length
with little visible voltage drop from the beginning to the end.
Higher specification components.
We have used a higher grade LED chip with an L70 figure is > 36000 hours (that is 70% of original output after 36000
hours). They have gold internal connection wires in place of the lower cost alloy wires and the result is that the chips
retain 96% of their original lumen output after 8000 hours of continuous use and to ensure it stays in place, we use a
premium grade 3M VHB (very high bond) tape instead of a lower cost, lighter duty product which can delaminate
over time.
