TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

I would like to describe Mrs. Rufina Orman as an excellent co-worker in our
Maintenance Fee department and a fantastic team player.

For more than 15 years Rufina and I worked as a perfect team, cooperating and
helping everywhere in our maintenance fee department. Rufina is a good person

and a trusted friend which you can depend on. Rufina in addition she is
extremely organized, Rufina can work independently and is able to follow

through to ensure that the job gets done. She is flexible and willing to work on
any project that is assigned to her. Rufina is quick to volunteer in other areas

of the company to help others as well.

Rufina is a tremendous asset to our company and a trusted colleague. Since

two (2) years ago she has moved to another department, and still finds time to

let a helping hand when needed in our maintenance fee department. Owners
still ask me, where is Rufina and they are saying how they miss her smile

when giving them good service.

To me Mrs. Rufina Orman deserved this tremendous award in every way!
