Happens Here Training
Orientation & Hospitality
Our new hires, contractors and current associates participated in the Hospitality
Happens Here (H3) and Orientation Day trainings. For our new hires, interns and
contractors this was an information filled day about how La Cabana’s dream all began,
while for veteran associates, this was a refresher training with information and tips on
how to create memorable vacations for our guests and owners.
Our participants received a complete training to fully equip them to deliver memorable
vacations for our guests and owners. Upon completion of the training, our associates
were better enabled to WOW” our guests through under-standing what Hospitality
Happens Here is and how it fits with our purpose and values, understanding the reason
“WHY” we do what we do, incorporating customer service and guest satisfaction in all
that we do and committing to and living up to the 7 Habits of Hospitality.
Congratulations to Tessa Kingsale, Ragnield Penja, Valerie Sanglay, Angelica Gacusan,
Robert Maduro, Raden Olivar & Claudia Castro who successfully completed the
Orientation Day and HHH training !!!
