It is my greatest pleasure to take this opportunity to support the nomination of RUFINA
ORMAN from our Accounting department as our 2019 AHATA EXCELLENCE AWARDS
NOMINEE for EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR!

Rufina certainly is very deserving of this title. She is one of our Associates that consistently
perform according to La Cabana’s Values and Habits of Hospitality!

Rufina was promoted after serving for several years from Maintenance Fee Agent to
Administrative Assistant for our Accounting department. Her experience with the collection

and processing of Owners Maintenance Fees amounting to an estimated $15M per year and
her pleasant disposition in customer service made her an expert problem solver. She and her
Team possess a remarkable ability to assess a situation, evaluate alternatives and make
sound recommendations to resolve any issues in her present occupation.

Her knowledge, enthusiasm, agility and integrity are truly appreciated as well as her

participation in our sports and community events.

Rufina is a valued associate who is consistently contributing to the success of La Cabana
and consequently to the continuous growth of Aruba’s tourism.
