Dear AHATA Excellence Judges,

We nominated Rufina Orman as Employee of the year for the AHATA EXCELLENCE
AWARD for several reasons and it was due time for her and everyone to know how much La

Cabana Beach Resort & Casino appreciates her for her efforts in this world of hospitality. I
applaud AHATA to give me this opportunity to recognize and reward her because she stands
out as an exemplary associate. As the Assistant General Manager with over 30 years of service
at the prestigious Resort, I endorse her for her dedication, passion and loyalty over the years.
Rufina is an associate that you can rely on and her consistent service delivery has placed her
on our honor role. Rufina’s longevity at La Cabana has given her all the tools to perform at
her utmost and she has been giving our internal and external customers outstanding

satisfaction in service whenever they need to deal with her. Rufina understands the importance
of accuracy, consistency and productivity and performs as such. Rufina is an example for
her colleagues, and she is a very respectful individual towards management. Rufina believes
and participates with our Vision and Purpose. Her great attitude and willingness to perform at
her best in a stressful and demanding work environment makes her exceptional. Rufina has
a very soft character and a pleasant disposition.
