Chief Executive Officer's Message


                    Dear Patron,
                    At the outset, I would like to thank you for your continu-
                    ous support which has helped SRL to create new
                    benchmarks of quality and service in diagnostics indus-
                    try. Laboratory Medicine has been increasingly domi-
                    nating the decision making in therapeutic  medicine,
                    and close to 70% of medical decisions are now being
                    made based on diagnostic results. With the advent of
                    technology and increased awareness towards lifestyle
                    and health among consumers, a huge surge can be
                    seen in the preventive healthcare and wellness sector. These factors coupled with better
                    healthcare infrastructure and increased spending propensity of the consumers, reinforce the
                    need for reliable diagnostic services more importantly than ever before.

                    SRL Diagnostics, as one of the leading companies in this sector, believes in providing the best

                    the core focus of our strategy for FY 2018. We have created robust procedures to ensure
                    excellence in customer service and a continuous customer feedback mechanism. Please do
