                                                              Method

         60g grated cheese                                    1.  Add flours, cheese and egg into bowl.
         125 mls hot water                                    2.  Mix bouillon and marmite into the hot water.
                                                                 and stir.
         1tsp any flavoured bouillon
                                                              3.  Add liquid mix to the bowl and mix to form a
         125g wholemeal flour
                                                                 dough.
         125g plain flour
                                                              4.  Roll out and cut into shapes.
         1 egg
                                                              5.  Place on a baking sheet.
         1 heaped tsp marmite or yeast extract
                                                              6.  Bake for 30 minutes at 150 C / Gas 2.

                                                              1.  Mix everything together including the oil

        Fla                                                   2.  Add a splash of water if needed to combine
                                                                 from sardines

                                                                 into dough.
                                                              3.  Roll out to 1 cm thickness.
        2 tins sardines with oil
                                                              4.  Cut into shape and bake for 20 - 25 minutes

        1 tsp of garlic (optional)                               at 190 C / Gas 5
        85 g wholemeal flour

        250 g oats
