Facilitator Profiles
Dr. Sampath: An HR evangelist, innovator, angel investor, and an Ashoka Fellow, Dr. Sampath has
created a wide range of patent-pending assessment frameworks and developmental methodologies for
organizational excellence. Over the last 26 years, he has transformed businesses (startups, SMBs, PSU,
and large enterprises) across 15 countries. Sampath is the pioneer of assessment-based people analytics
in India. His company Nidharshana Technologies is a Startup India “Platinum” company that won the
Best HR Startup award at NHRD 2016. Dr. Sampath is also the founder of Arpitha Associates and serves
on the board of several other companies.

Dr. Kalpana Sampath

Dr. Kalpana has been a coach, trainer, development artiste and education-management consultant over
last two decades, helping individuals and organizations focus on excellence through clarifying their
vision and values. She has played a major role in the evolution of LOI and used it extensively in her
consulting and coaching assignments across 8 countries. She is the Director of EFIL (Education for
Integrating Life) Educational Services Pvt. Ltd. and a visiting faculty at IIM Bangalore.

Prabhat Ramesh

An entrepreneur, writer, and UX professional, Prabhat Ramesh is the Co-founder & CEO of Nidharshana
Technologies. He was instrumental in designing and developing DiscoverSelf, India’s first assessment-
based analytics solution. Prior to founding Nidarshana, he was setting up and managing offshore
development centers for Indian IT services companies. He was also running his own UX services
company for a few years. Prabhat is an alumni of IIM Bangalore.

Prathaap B
With a Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma and 13 other certifications, Prathaap is a seasoned Quality,
Business Excellence, and Transformation professional. He has been solely instrumental in evaluating the
reliability and validity of LOI through extensive statistical rigor. He was the Global Vice President –
Transformation at HP before starting the entrepreneurship journey in 2011. Prathaap is now Director &
CEO of Ground Reality Enterprises Pvt. Ltd, a social enterprise.
