We can all agree that we are living in times unlike anything we have ever seen before, and none of u can predict what “back to normal” will look like. For 2021 we have had to improvise, make changes, and find our “new normal”. What we do know
for sure, as it has been displayed time and time
again over the past several months, is that people
not abandoned the idea of helping others and making an impact to make our world a better place. Our goal at SOS is to offer adaptive opportunities which allow us to continue to provide our foster children with the quality programs and services to allow them to thrive, while engaging individuals, companies, and organizations in meaningful community partnerships.
While we all yearn to get back to a place where we get to spend time with our friends and colleagues, Zoom events will continue to be a thing for what we expect to be at least the first 6 months of 2021 as we minimize social contact. Virtual and hybrid events will play a big role in our outreach and engagement strategy, and we have developed sponsorship benefits to meet the new platforms for these events. Finally, we now offer opportunities for you to support our Residential Services program which is essentially what runs the day to day functions of the Village.
Take some time to see what you like from our many options. Creativity and flexibility are key as we continue to move forward. This means that if you have an idea which is not outlined within these pages, let us know and we will work with you to see how we can make it happen.
