We have great tools and sys- tems but as owners we lack the time and expertise to maximize their use. We want to hire a strong marketing administrator who can leverage Salesforce and Pardot to increase the number of qualified leads we each get in our territories.
Key Skills and Experience:
We’re looking for a self-starter who is deadline driven and possesses strong communication and organizational skills.
• Expertise with Pardot is critical
• Salesforce Knowledge
• Implementation, Optimization, & lead management
experience with platforms
• Data driven
• Campaign execution experience
• 3 years of Salesforce Pardot experience in a produc-
tion environment is required for this role. Ideal candi- dates will have a can-do attitude, passion for technol- ogy, a deep understanding of marketing automation strategy, and the ability to get up to speed quickly.
• Leverage existing content to develop and deliver auto- mated email campaigns that guide users through the customer journey.
• Manages lead flow by creating forms, landing pages and the necessary connections to the company CRM.
• Uses creativity and software knowledge to optimize processes and wow business leaders with new imple- mentations.
The Details:
• Familiarity with Salesforce Pardot is REQUIRED (it’s what we use)
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices is a must
• Proven experience working with WordPress websites
• Familiarity with Google Analytics is a must
• Ability to follow system and work colabortilty with own-
ers and home office.
• Location is flexible – we have several locations across
the United States and are open to the location for the right candidate.
