One of the most valuable advantages of Google reviews is the feedback loop and customer in- telligence you can gain. Every Google business review you collect can, and should, serve as a cus- tomer survey response for you and your business.
Best Practices:
• Send the Google Review Email to all of your clients.
• Use the Google Review Email Template Pro- vided
• Monitor and watch for a Google review. You can use online reputation management plat- forms like Podium to monitor reviews or you can monitor them manually.
• Respond to the review! Whether it is negative or positive respond. If the review is positive thank your client. If the review is negative ad- dress it in the most appropriate way depend- ing on the circumstances.
