DIGITAL | REFERRAL PROGRAM How to send your client the referral email
1. Login to your Salesforce account
2. Navigate to the lead/client contact you
would like to send the email to
3. Click on the drop-down arrow in the right
hand corner
4. Click “send pardot email:
5. From the drop down, choose the tem-
plate “Referral Program”
6. Make any custom changes or edits based
on your referral program.
7. Change all links in the document to go
to your specific referral landing page (see CMIT Customizable Referral Program Implementation Guidebook)
