What I Plea! Black or Blue

Zero hunger, no poverty, The saviour, warrior, protector,
That is what I plea! Puts my life above his,
It’s the 21’st century, Stands in crisp uniform,Toils in bliss.
Have we lost all our humanity?
Still talking about gender inequality. The oppressed, shunned, cast-out,
Hurts in the shadows,
Good health and well- being is the need of the hour, Watches his brothers fall,
A world where even the poor can shower, Filled with sorrow.
Where quality education for all is the power,
That is what I plea! One protector defect,
Commits a sin,Smites the cast-out,
The world we know is running out of food and water, Prejudice boils within.
The coldest of places are getting hotter,
We fight here for peace, Cast-outs loathe protectors,
But what about the ones who have to fight for a bread piece, But the sinner doesn’t protect anymore,
A world without all these nitty-gritties, Protectors don’t all sin,
That is what I plea! But cast outs don’t see that anymore.

Climate change prevalent in every nation, Name tainted; legacy tarnished,
Glorious biodiversity facing extinction, They toil in agony,
Lack of clean water and sanitation, Justice served?
But that is not the only controversy, Cast-outs cast out, the irony.
Do we blame the human procrastination or their hypocrisy? Is the cast-out wrong?
For being mistreated by the sinner?
Is the protector wrong?
