CHOCOLATE-COLA CAKE
MAKES ABOUT 12 SERVINGS
2 cups all-purpose flour 1. Preheat oven to 350˚. Spray a 13x9-inch baking dish with baking spray with

COLA FROSTING
Makes about 2 cups
½ cup unsalted butter
½ cup cola
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
4 cups confectioners’ sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1. In a medium saucepan, bring butter, cola, and cocoa to a boil over medium
heat, whisking constantly. Remove from heat, and gradually add
confectioners’ sugar, whisking until smooth. Stir in pecans.
