Dnyaneshwar Prakash Vaidya is an amateur photographer from a small village
near Kolhapur city, Maharashtra. He started photography in the year 2015 and
loves to document Maharashtrian Tradition and Culture. Telling stories through
his photography is his passion. He has participated in a lot of festivals which
happen in and around Maharashtra. He claims that ‘photo walks’ improve his
view of photography and his great respect for his culture and tradition. He says
“In Maharashtra, the historic culture and tradition vary from town to town
and mile to mile. Photographers from all around the world come to the Palkhi
Dnyaneshwar Vaidya festival. They not only document the festival, but become an integral part of it”.
