Girl in the window
HOW I DID IT
An opportune photo taken of my daughter in her cubby house
in the backyard. I was hanging out the washing and turned
around to see her positioned in the window watching me. I had
my camera outside with me and managed to snap this photo
quickly before she moved on to her next adventure.
TECHNICAL DETAILS
Canon 600D, 50mm 1.8 lens, 1/200s @ f2.2, ISO 200.
Processed in Lightroom to convert to black and white,
increase clarity and decrease highlights on my daughter
before finally adding a vignette.

HOW I DID IT
The Melbourne State Library is such a
beautiful old building that has so many nooks
and crannies to explore. Tourists and locals
come in, sit, relax and take in the structure.
Some however just sit in the wings and
observe or have a five minute timeout.
TECHNICAL DETAILS
Nikon D7200, Sigma 17-70mm lens @
70mm, 1/40s @ f14, ISO 3200.
