Summary
We hope this post helps to explain how to achieve real ‘pain-free’ hair removal treatments whilst still achieving good results. Successful, pain-free treatments are possible, but only if the correct method is used. This requires proper equipment too and understanding of the heating processes in the skin.
We will be discussing this topic in more details in our new book, which should be out soon. Click here for some information on this.
Thanks for reading, Mike.
Incidentally...
We often see claims that the light energy ‘travels down the hair shaft and heats it up’! This is nonsense!! The light scatters in all directions, and some of it is absorbed by the melanin in the hair shaft. This scattered light can come from any direction!!
