It is immediately obvious that ALL the follicles are now dead!!!! After only two sessions! No further treatments are required (Figure 42)...

This is a very interesting revelation...
...all the follicles in the upper lip can be thermally destroyed in only 2 sessions!! But only as long as all the follicles are in the anagen phase when presenting for treatment. In this case, this occurs 8 weeks after the first session.
This is where the ‘real world’ problems lie – most operators do not use the correct parameters. There are at least three reasons why this is the case:
1) They have not been properly trained and do not understand what they are trying to do;
