DECOR & FURNISHINGS GENERAL RENTAL INFORMATION
All properties are privately owned and reflect the taste of their owners. Seasonal units
are fully furnished to include basic kitchenware, linens and televisions.
CLEANING & HOUSEKEEPING
All properties are cleaned prior to arrival. Guests are responsible for the cost of the
departure cleaning (prepaid at the time of booking). Most units have a washer and dryer,
or access to a common-area facility. Standard cleaning equipment is found in each unit
for day to day upkeep. If additional maid service is required, special arrangements can
be made at an additional cost. Call the Rental Department for details.
CONDO APPLICATION FEES
Many condominiums and homes in our leasing program are governed by
associations that require applications, personal interviews and letters of reference.
Applications must be completely filled out and returned with an accompanying fee,
as quickly as possible for processing. Leases may be subject to condo/homeowner
association approval.
GOLF TRANSFER FEES
Golf transfer fees do not guarantee tee times. A golf transfer fee allows the tenant to
make tee times subject to availability.
