                                                                                                  This exclusive package first appeared 15 years ago at the first Magic
                                                                                                  Under the Mangroves gala chaired by Susan Dalton.  In celebration
                                                                                                  of this year’s 15th anniversary, this one-of-a-kind package is back by
                                                                                                  popular demand!

                                                                                                  The dinner party will be held at the venue of the winner’s choice
                                                                                                  for 20 people. Chef Aielli will work closely with the winner to
                                                                                                  create a multiple course menu that will surprise and delight guests.
                                                                                                  Wines will be skillfully paired to complement each course. This is a
                                                                                                  culinary adventure not to miss!  Since 2008, Chef Aielli and his wife
                                                                                                  Ingrid have left an impactful footprint on the culinary landscape of
                                                                                                  Naples. Their restaurants Sea Salt, Barbatella and, the latest addition
                                                                                                  Dorona, have been reflecting not only Chef Aielli’s Italian roots
                                                                                                  from the Adriatic Coast but also his passion and love for culinary
                                                                                                  artistry. On a daily basis, patrons enjoy Chef Aielli’s traditional Italian
                                                                                                  cuisine with a contemporary twist. His culinary expression comes
                                                                                                  from his childhood experiences in his mother’s kitchen and years of
                                                                                                  collaborating with famous chefs from all over the world.  The native
                                                                                                  Venetian has been recognized with multiple awards like the AA Five
                                                                                                  Diamond and DiRoNA Award as well as numerous collaborations
                                                                                                  with the famous James Beard Foundation. The Culinary & Hospitality
                                                                                                  Education Foundation announced Chef Aielli’s as the Honoree of the
                                                                                                  Year 2018 for his “Venetian World” cuisine representing “an imaginative
                                                                                                  combination of centuries of tradition coupled with current
                                                                                                  international influences.
