Accelerated Membership Payback
For members who list with Grey Oaks Real Estate and sell their membership with their home; the Club will
initiate an accelerated payback program. You will receive your equity reimbursement within 48 hours after
the closing on your home.

Future Golf Plus Program
If your property is listed with Grey Oaks Real Estate, the new buyer will be eligible for Future Golf Plus
privileges. They will have all the benefits of the Future Golf Membership, including the ability to golf four
times per month, and the added benefit to make same day tee times after 2:00 pm. Additional pricing and
limitations apply.

• Limited to 10 total active FGM Plus at a time

Member Referral Package for the Seller & Buyer
Members or residents that refer, list, or buy a home through Grey Oaks Real Estate will receive a gift
certificate package from the Club.

Selling or buying your home outside the gates of Grey Oaks
Members, or Grey Oaks residents, that chooses to list, or buy, a home outside the gates of the Grey
Oaks Community, and use a William Raveis sales associate, will receive 10% of the list or buy side of the
commission as a credit at closing. Seller must register with Grey Oaks Real Estate.
