A narrative text is a story about fictional or real events. The word derives from the Latin verb “narrare” which means to recount.
• A good narrative will transport readers into the time and place
of the world portrayed by the writer.
• Write a topic sentence to introduce your narrative.
• It is important to add as many details as you feel you need so the
reader will not only read the story but feel like he is part of it.
• Remember to tell your story in sequence
