Our General Design Process May Include: Our General Design Process

Initial consultation is perhaps the most important step in our professional

relationship. It lays the groundwork for the whole project. We will discuss what you
want to achieve, the scope of the project, your budget and our flexible fee options.

Conceptual Design creates the foundation of the project, En’terior Deign can

create an accurate floor plan and inventory your existing furniture and accessories, so
that we can work together to choose the pieces to keep, redo, or replace. We will
discuss your style, color preferences, and special uses for the space and other details
that will make your space unique to you.

Design Development Next, En’terior Designs will develop a design scheme with a

defined color palette, space plan, furniture, fabric finish and fixture choices.

Presentation Before we even begin, we want you to see the vision clearly and we

accomplish this through drawings, photographs and samples. Our services can
conclude there or we may continue to help you through the implementation phase.

Implementation An additional benefit of working with En’terior Designs is that we

are insiders. We know who manufactures quality products, which contractors proved
superior work at reasonable prices and where to get the unusual or hard to find items.
We can take you on special shopping trips designed around your unique needs and
budget.

Installation We at En’terior Design are personally invested in the success of your

project. We’ll be on hand to help you coordinate and review the work of painters,
carpenters, tile installers, electricians, plumbers, furniture deliver teams and other
trades that may be working within your space. We’ll also help you place unique
artwork and accessories in your new space.

Quality Review Details are important. Before anyone signs off on your project,

En’terior Design will review the punch list with you. This is an inventory of everything
we planned to do (including change orders) in order to meet our initial design goals.

Project Closeout Once the punch list is complete, we’ll have one final consultation

to make sure you’re happy with everything we’ve done and that we’ve met or
exceeded your initial expectations. Then it is time to sit back and save the unique
ambience that we created together.
