hen you first enter the Red Dragon Billiards Club and Training Center you have the impression that it has been there for a generation. Photographs of
pro and amateur pool players, pool students of all ages, and league players fill the room, covering not only the physical wall space but span over 20 years of pool around Harvard Massachusetts.
For all those years Harvard resident Roy Pastor has been promoting the sport, teaching, and coaching pool, running the New England USA Pool League, and training many of the best junior pool players in the United States.
All instruction for junior players is provided at no cost to the juniors or to their families. Every Sunday from 1:00-3:00 pm junior players between the ages of 6 and 18 come to the Red Dragon for group instruction, supervised practice, and structured play. Juniors are provided opportunities to compete in local, regional, state, national, and international tournaments.
Roy is a PBIA (Professional Billiard Instructor Association) accredited instructor and one of only about 22 master level instructors in the
