Welcome and thank you for attending our 2022 Spring Recital. We have a wonderful
line up of performers to entertain you. While you enjoy the concert, please remember
that in addition to the skills the students demonstrate, music education helps prepare
people to think creatively, learn how to work collaboratively and to become
disciplined, critical thinkers as well as better problem solvers.

We feel so fortunate to be able to teach and share our knowledge with such a special
and unique group of students. They continue to amaze us with their intelligence,
musicality and sense of humor.

These past two years have been full of challenges, learning, progress and
accomplishments. Today we honor learning music and the willingness to share this
gift with others. It is no easy task to step on stage and bare your soul for an audience.

For several students this is their very first performance. Our recital will showcase a
wide variety of levels from young beginners right through to advanced students. This
variety gives seasoned students the opportunity to remember what it was like to be a
beginner, and newer students the chance to see what their hard work will enable
them to accomplish in the future!
