hopes they will find some reference to a condition that they can say is

            contributing to the problem you are complaining of.  The most common
            claim by the insurance company is that “you had a pre-existing condition,

            so we are only going to pay you 50% of your damages.”
                   The bottom line is this:  If you do not have an attorney, many
            insurance companies will take advantage of you.  Insurance Adjusters

            know that you do not have the training in the rules of civil procedure and
            evidence, and it is simply not easy for you to run down to the courthouse

            and file a lawsuit to protect your rights.  Having a lawyer on your side
            early places the insurance company on notice that if it does not pay your
            damages, you can enforce your rights in Court.  In my experience, having

            an experienced personal injury lawyer levels the playing field and is likely
            to add significant value to your claim.
