Avesta Housing opened The Meadows, the first affordable
senior housing rental property in Hampton Falls, in response
to the high need for affordable housing for seniors in this
community. Avesta received financing for The Meadows II
from NHHFA this fiscal year, and it is now under construction.

St. Regis House in Berlin, an age-restricted building
owned by the Berlin Housing Authority, is being
rehabbed and will house 42 seniors when completed.
This development received funding in FY18.
