Dawn, a single mother with four daughters and a job as a building
inspector for the City of Nashua, was determined to become a home-
owner. After attending a seminar and receiving one-on-one home-
buyer counseling from the HOMEteam, she developed a plan to
build savings, eliminate debt and prepare for homeownership.
With an FHA 203K “S” rehab loan and downpayment assistance
through NHHFA, Dawn’s monthly housing costs are
now lower than when she rented.
