The sad clown Benito
In a little town south of Colon, near to the sea, there lived a young clown named Benito, He knew
the name of every man and woman and child in the town, and everybody loved him because he
was so gentle , one morning, when the rain was falling and the wind was blowing cold from the
mountains, an old man came to his door, he asked him to use comedy, slapstick and other types of
physical humor to make his daughter laugh, because she was ill, he said yes immediately, but the
old man didn’t that clown’s mother had passed away only two months ago, He had this... sadness
inside him.
