The little girl laughed at the things she did and the things she said. She was enchanted by her
white face and red nose; she simply adored the rags he wore.
When Benito put on the outfit and go out the door it’s for the purpose of bringing a smile to
someone else. The great clowns make fools of themselves for others to enjoy, and it doesn’t
matter if they’re painted up or not. This clown was a clown of clowns, and his droll dances and his
merry tricks and songs had made her laugh a lot.
