Cappuccino



                                                 Ingredients:



                                                 ✓ 1 cup of black espresso coffee sweetened to your liking (or decaf-
                                                 feinated coffee if you prefer)

                                                 ✓ Cocoa powder to decorate.
      Coffee                                     ✓ 1 cup whole milk.



      Ho use                                     Directions:


                                                              ▶Put the milk in a jar with a lid or in an airtight container.
                                                 Cover well and shake vigorously for 30 sec to one minute until the
                                                 milk froth enough and greatly increases its size (you can also do this
                                                     process in a blender for 2 min and the result will be even more
                                                           sparkling)

                                                                 ▶Immediately put the milk already whipped in the
                                                                 microwave for about 30 seconds and so the foam is
                                                                 compacted.


                                                                 ▶First put this thick milk foam in the service cup
                                                                 and pour the sugary coffee on the side carefully. In
                                                                 this way the coffee goes down and the foam is up.
                                                                 Decorate by sprinkling with cocoa powder and serve

                                                 Caramel Macchiato


                                                Ingredients:



                                                 ✓ 2 teaspoons vanilla syrup
                                                 ✓ ¼ cup of freshly made espresso
                                                 ✓ 1 cup whole milk (although it can be substituted with soy)
                                                 ✓ 3 teaspoons of caramel syrup (or to taste)

                                                 Directions:


                                                 ▶ The first thing is to put the espresso to boil.
                                                 ▶ When you are ready, you can start the cup with the vanilla syrup.
                                                 ▶The espresso is served on the vanilla.
                                                 ▶ The milk is boiled. Once it boils, it should be placed in the blender for
                                                 one minute, so that the milk has foam.
                                                 ▶Finally, the candy is served
