 Considering Basement Renovation?
Sometimes the cure for an undersized house is right underneath you. Yes! that wasted space may be a solution
for extra income, spare bedroom for the family, playroom for kids, visitors sand gatherings or just for yourself as an office, hobbies space, gym or home theatre; it’s a great investment over your property that in general goes from $20,000 to $50,000 depending on the materials and finishing you would like to use, which is probably half of the cost that an addition to the house would mean.
Wet Basement
It’s important to address that basement could be under attack when water comes in; you better address this issue mostly because a “DRY” basement could be deteriorated over time by your water tanks leaks, or a widow filtration.
