Nowell Park Recreation Center Camp
Camp BraveHart
Campers will enjoy field trips, arts and crafts, games, sports, theme days and much more. Every day will present a new adventure. Included in the fee is bus transportation for all field trips, field trip fees, one summer camp t-shirt, one summer camp book bag, lunch and snack. Early bird discount rates are available for campers who are paid in full by May 15th. A $50 non-refundable deposit can be made to secure a spot in camp. The Joliet Park District’s refund policy will be firmly enforced. CCR&R payments are accepted as well as EFT payment plans. Registration deadline is June 5.

Kids First Multi Sport Camp
This fun ultimate summer “multi-sport” camp combines playing sports, games, events, and contests while learning safe fundamentals. Children should bring a water bottle, sack lunch, snack, and beverage daily. Camper drop off & pick up at designated location (find Kids First Banner). Taught by Kids First Certified Coaches.

Cheer, Gymnastics, Tumbling Camps
Cheerleading Camp
During this 5-day cheer camp we will work on motions, jumps, stunts, and tumbling. Cheers and dances will also be taught. Lunch is provided. Please bring a refillable water bottle each day. Before and after care is available from 6:30 – 9am and/or 4 – 6pm for additional fees.
Kids First Basketball
Basketball games & preparation will be taught. Players will learn new basketball skills and safety to make them game ready. Camp offers skills contest and championship basketball game, plus techniques on shooting, dribbling, passing, speed and quickness, body balance, first step directional movements, floor spacing, basketball safety awareness, and sportsmanship.

This camp challenges all players through fun, competitive baseball drills and games that will maximize player potential. Baseball Camp teaches position training, batting techniques, body balance, throwing, fielding, first step directional movements, pitching, base running, and sportsmanship. The baseball camp concludes with a championship game.
