  What is Skyhawks? In 2019, Skyhawks celebrated their 40th anniversary as the leading and largest provider of sports instruction who offers a wide variety of sports in fun, safe, and positive programs. Skyhawks teaches life skills through sports, teamwork, respect, and sportsmanship. Our programs are designed to give each child a positive experience in sports while fostering a lifelong love for an active, healthy lifestyle. Our patient and knowledgeable coaching staff uses skill-building drills and activities to give each athlete a complete understanding and overview of sports. Skyhawks Flag Football Camp
Skyhawks Flag Football is the perfect program for boys and girls who want a complete introduction to “America’s Game.” Through our “skill of the day” activities, campers will learn skills on both sides of the ball. The football games will apply the core components of passing, catching, and de-flagging or defensive positioning – all presented in a fun and positive environment. Skyhawks Flag Football is recommended for beginner athletes. The week ends with the Skyhawks Super Bowl, giving participants a chance to showcase their skills on the gridiron! Participants should bring athletic clothing, two snacks, a water bottle, and sunscreen.
Skyhawks Soccer Camp
Skyhawks was founded as a soccer club in 1979 for boys and girls. Forty-one years later, we are still the number one choice for parents looking to introduce their children to the fundamentals of the world’s most popular sport. Using our progressional curriculum, our sport-specific staff will ensure your young athlete will gain the technical skills and sport knowledge required for the next step into soccer. Designed for beginner and intermediate players, this camp focuses on dribbling, passing, shooting, and ball control. By the end of the camp your child will have learned new life skills such as teamwork and sportsmanship, made new friends, and improved his or her sport skills. Participants should bring athletic clothing, a snack, water bottle, and sunscreen.

    Skyhawks Baseball Camp
Skyhawks Track & Field Camp
Skyhawks Track & Field Camp was developed to introduce boys and girls to this sport rich in tradition and history. These programs combine technical development and fundamental techniques with safety and a focus on fun! Using special equipment, our staff teaches exercises and drills that prepare athletes for a future in cross-country, track & field events, and distance running while inspiring a love for running and being active. The fundamentals of body positioning, stride, proper stretching, and cool-down techniques are covered in this unique program. Participants will put it all together for one fun-filled day at the end of the week at the Skyhawks track meet! Go to skyhawks.com for more detailed information and sample schedules. Skyhawks Baseball takes the rich history of the game from Cooperstown to your town. Local Skyhawks staff use our progressional curriculum to play the game while teaching the fundamentals of fielding, catching, throwing, hitting, and base running, all in a fun, positive environment, specifically designed for boys and girls of beginning and intermediate talent who will be grouped accordingly. This camp teaches all athletes new baseball skills along with vital life lessons such as respect, teamwork, and responsibility. Participants will be grouped with similar talents, and their new skills will be applied to actual baseball games. They will come away with new friends, new skills, and respect and love for the game! Participants should bring athletic clothing, a snack, water bottle, baseball glove, and sunscreen.

    Skyhawks Basketball Camp
This camp was developed to give boys and girls a positive first step into athletics and basketball. The essentials of basketball are taught in a safe, structured environment with lots of encouragement and a focus on fun and respect for the game. Our basketball games and activities were designed to allow campers to explore balance, movement, hand-eye coordination, and skill development at their own pace. Skyhawks staff are trained to handle the specific needs of young athletes. Participants should bring athletic clothing, a snack, and water bottle.
Skyhawks Volleyball Camp
Skyhawks Volleyball takes the energy and excitement of this great team sport and puts it together into one fun-filled camp. All aspects of the game are taught through drills and exercises that focus on passing, setting, hitting, and serving. This program is designed for the beginning and intermediate player and will incorporate essential life lessons such as teamwork and sportsmanship. Our staff will assist each athlete in developing fundamental skills of the game through game-speed drills and daily scrimmages aimed at developing the whole player. Participants should bring athletic
clothing, a snack, and water bottle.
