“Sometimes I like to play with just Tad and his rabbits or read a book, and sometimes I like to play with Toni and her friends or jazzercise to music. What am I?” asked Aimi.
“I think you’re ambiverted,” said Grami, laughing.
“Ambiverted,” said Aimi. “I never heard that word before. It starts with the letter ‘A’ just like my name.”
Grami nodded. “Actually, most people are ambiverted. They like quiet environments part of the time and they like stimulating environments part of the time.”
“I’m learning new words today,” said Aimi.
“Répondez s’il vous plait. Introverted. Extroverted, and Ambiverted.”
Aimi pronounced each word slowly and carefully.
