The tall doctor with the very long nose smiled. He looked at Aimi’s arm. “Your Grami may be right. We’ll take an X-ray—a picture of the bones in your arm—and see what it shows.”
He walked over to the door. “Marc,” he called. “Please bring the X-ray machine in here and take a picture of this young lady’s arm.”
“Will it hurt?” asked Aimi.
“Will it hurt?” asked Tad and Toni at the same time. “No,” replied the tall doctor with the very long nose.
“Taking a picture of the bones in your arm will not hurt.” “Oh, good!” said Aimi. “My arm hurts a lot
already.”
