When they got to the hospital's emergency room, a young man with blond curly hair and very green eyes said, “Hello. I’m the clerk. What can we do for you?”
Aimi told the young man with blond curly hair and very green eyes about her fall from the huge jungle gym. “Grami thinks my arm might be broken,” she said. “I am holding it very still. It hurts a lot.”
“We brought her right away,” said Tad. “We didn’t even wait to eat lunch.” Tad’s stomach made a rumbling noise.
The young man with blond curly hair and very green eyes smiled. Then he asked Grami a lot of questions. He wanted to know how to spell Aimi’s name and her date of birth. Grami answered all the questions. “You’ll need to sign some forms giving the hospital permission to take care of Aimi’s sore arm,” said the clerk.
