The language of the another
What, why and how come, many questions whelming in your
mind when being exposed to a foreign language. I’m talking
about English particularly. It’s the lingua franca of the whole
world. From Frank Smith saying, ’One language sets you in a
corridor for a life. Two languages open the doors along the way.’
the importance of a second language away from the mother
tongue appears. The much you communicate make you form
positive reactions and better understanding which lead to success.
Nowadays, every thing attached to English, our study at school or
college, the names of our medications and their recipes.
At our school we are doing our best to encourage our students
to learn the language of others. Its one of the incredible methods
to make communication with outer world. This reminds me of
James Humes words when he said that the art of communication
is the language of success and leadership. This art helps us to
build bridges between several cultures and civilizations which
leads to scientific, economic and educational prosper.
I would like to share this humble attempt , and our students
experiences. I also want to thank everyone who supported me to
accomplish this work.
