At left, Mitchell J. Miskell drills a kick during his high school football career. This
season, Mitchell, the son of Sergeant Michael Miskell, who is assigned to the De-
partment of Field Services, Office of the Division Commander, is kicking for the
Massachusetts Maritime Academy.
Mitchell, an 18-year-old freshman, studies Marine Engineering when he is not
splitting the uprights.
At right is Lieutenant Daniel Richard, currently asisgned to the Fire and Ex-
plosives Investigation Unit, officiating at the Ball State-Georgia State foot-
ball game in Muncie, Indiana, in October.
Lieutenant Richard is the head linesman of his Mid-American Conference
crew. Among the other games Lt. Richard has officiated this year have been
contests at the University of Toledo, Kent State, and Penn State.
