TODAY’S AFFIRMATION
I will open my heart and mind to what God will do in my life in 2020!
I am renewed in my spirit and will live life to its fullest. The Lord is living in me! I pos-
sess all I need in order to fulfill my destiny. Thank you Lord for a new day!!!
DON’T FORGET:
1. Read posts over the past week for help transitioning from the fast.
2. Make plans for a new and better life by maintaining a closer walk with God through
spiritual disciplines and a healthier diet! Remember take small attainable steps in
your plans.
